Client Servicing Role – Creative Advertising Agency

Location: Dubai (Only applicants currently located within the UAE will be considered for this role.)

Our client, a fast-growing and dynamic creative agency, is looking for a Account Manager to lead high-impact campaigns across the region.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Manage end-to-end client relationships with professionalism and confidence
Oversee 360° campaign planning, execution, and performance — from ATL to digital
Prepare clear briefs, contact reports, project timelines, and performance trackers
Coordinate with strategy, creative, and production teams to deliver on client expectations
Ensure every project meets deadlines, budget, and strategic objectives

What You Bring:

Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken)
3+ years of agency experience, ideally Automotive experience
Strong leadership and project management skills
Proven success in delivering integrated marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, Digital)
Detail-oriented, proactive, and great under pressure
Well-versed in UAE workflows, cultural nuances, and public communication standards
