
Account Manager – Client Servicing (Onsite, Lahore, PKR Salary)
Requirements:

3–5 years of experience in an agency in a client-facing/account management role.

Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts independently.

Strong commercial awareness with understanding of pricing, scope, and profitability.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.

Hands-on experience with CRM and project management tools.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
Responsibilities:

Manage key client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact.

Lead client communication, project coordination, and strategic discussions.

Translate client requirements into clear briefs for internal teams.

Oversee project execution to ensure timely and quality delivery.

Maintain accurate records, timelines, follow-ups, and client updates through CRM/project management tools.

Prepare proposals, scopes, timelines, and estimates with commercial clarity and precision.

Identify upselling and account growth opportunities.

Ensure smooth coordination across creative, marketing, and technical teams.

Contribute to client retention, account growth, and revenue performance through proactive account management.
