Account Manager – Client Servicing (Onsite, Lahore, PKR Salary)

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in an agency in a client-facing/account management role.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts independently.
  • Strong commercial awareness with understanding of pricing, scope, and profitability.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and project management tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage key client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact.
  • Lead client communication, project coordination, and strategic discussions.
  • Translate client requirements into clear briefs for internal teams.
  • Oversee project execution to ensure timely and quality delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records, timelines, follow-ups, and client updates through CRM/project management tools.
  • Prepare proposals, scopes, timelines, and estimates with commercial clarity and precision.
  • Identify upselling and account growth opportunities.
  • Ensure smooth coordination across creative, marketing, and technical teams.
  • Contribute to client retention, account growth, and revenue performance through proactive account management.
