As a key member of the team, you will build and maintain customer relationships, guide our partners through the complex world of compliance, and stay up-to-date on regulatory requirements. Most importantly, you will play a role in differentiating our services and experiences from our competitors.

Responsibilities:

● Client Support & Account Enrollment: Provide customer service and account set up support to manufacturers, importers/distributors, and retailers across the globe through phone calls and emails. Identify and connect companies to cross-departmental services

● Registration Application Facilitation: Facilitate specialized, product-specific registration applications and supplemental documentation

● Compliance Oversight: Verify adherence to established procedures and ensure clients remain compliant with applicable regulations. Identify opportunities for clients to engage additional internal services or solutions that support compliance needs.

● Complete miscellaneous tasks assigned by Management

Required Skills:

● 3+ years of direct customer service experience

● Advanced interpersonal skills, including strong verbal and written communication skills

● Embraces ambiguity that accompanies a quickly growing company

● Critical thinking and problem solving

● Comfortable utilizing multiple systems to accomplish tasks

● Technologically inclined

Preferred Skills:

● Familiar and comfortable maneuvering Mac OS

● Managing tasks in a Project Management platform (e.g., Monday.com, Asana)

● Federal and/or state regulatory knowledge
