My Social Practice is a marketing agency providing integrated social media and digital marketing solutions, training, and ongoing support for dental and healthcare practices worldwide. We are looking for a motivated, client-focused Account Manager who thrives in both relationship management and sales. This role is critical to client retention, upsells, and ensuring a smooth onboarding and fulfillment process.
Responsibilities
- Client Communication & Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and consistent support through calls, emails, and regular check-ins.
- Sales & Upsells: Identify opportunities to expand client services, confidently present recommendations, and manage the upsell process to meet growth goals.
- Retention & Cancellations: Proactively address client concerns, conduct business review calls, and implement strategies to prevent cancellations and strengthen long-term partnerships.
- Onboarding & Fulfillment: Collaborate with internal production teams to ensure clients are onboarded quickly, accurately, and set up for success.
- Reporting & Business Reviews: Lead regular reporting calls with clients to review performance, demonstrate ROI, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with product and marketing teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered on time.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in account management, client success, or sales within digital marketing or related fields.
- Strong understanding of social media, paid ads, and Google Business Profile management.
- Preferred experience in SEO, WordPress, and website management.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
- Knowledge of the dental industry or healthcare is a plus
- Highly tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable managing a high volume of client accounts in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary, plus additional on-target earnings (OTE) of $10,000–$15,000 based on performance.
