Senior Account Manager / Digital Marketing Operations Manager

Fernexo Marketing is looking for a strong and proactive Senior Account Manager / Digital Marketing Operations Manager who can professionally manage multiple clients, lead the internal team, and make sure all marketing work is delivered with quality, speed, and consistency.

This role is for someone who can manage 5–6 clients, coordinate the full team, stay updated with new marketing trends, understand AI tools, and help improve Fernexo’s overall service quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage communication with multiple clients through WhatsApp, email, calls, and meetings.
  • Understand client requirements and convert them into clear tasks for the team.
  • Create and manage monthly content calendars, campaign plans, and client timelines.
  • Coordinate with designers, editors, videographers, copywriters, media buyers, SEO team, developers, and email marketing team.
  • Make sure all deliverables are completed on time across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat, websites, ads, SEO, and email marketing.
  • Review captions, creatives, videos, ad copies, email campaigns, reports, and content before sharing with clients.
  • Push the team to deliver better ideas, better content, and better execution — not just basic work.
  • Stay updated with social media trends, content formats, AI tools, marketing tools, and platform updates.
  • Support email marketing tasks including newsletters, campaign planning, email flows, and basic automation coordination.
  • Track client work, pending tasks, approvals, posting schedules, and deadlines.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly client updates and performance summaries.
  • Identify gaps in client accounts and suggest improvements for content, ads, website, SEO, and customer journey.
  • Help improve Fernexo’s internal systems, workflows, quality control, and team accountability.
  • Manage pressure professionally and make sure clients feel properly handled.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in account management, digital marketing, social media, or agency operations.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, content marketing, paid ads, email marketing, and digital campaigns.
  • Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Meta Business Suite, Google Sheets, Drive, ClickUp/Trello/Notion, and basic reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of AI tools for content ideas, captions, video planning, automation, research, and productivity.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Strong leadership and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to manage 5–6 clients at the same time.
  • Must be detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and responsible.
  • Agency experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with UAE or international clients is a plus.

We are not looking for someone who only forwards messages between the client and team.

We need someone who can own the account, manage the team, push for better work, understand marketing, catch mistakes before the client does, and help Fernexo grow as a professional agency.
