Account Manager – Event Sales / Business Development

We collaborate closely with marketing teams and agencies to bring ideas to life — from concept to final delivery — across diverse industries and platforms.

We’re looking for a dynamic professional from an Event Sales / Event BD background — someone with a strong network in the event and experiential marketing industry, and a proven track record in driving business growth and managing end-to-end event projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive new business opportunities in the event and experiential marketing space.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, agencies, and corporate clients.
• Conceptualize and pitch event ideas, proposals, and customized solutions.
• Collaborate with internal creative and production teams for smooth project execution.
• Achieve sales and revenue targets while ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in event sales, business development, or client servicing.
• Strong network and connections within the event and brand ecosystem.
• Proven experience in pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects from concept to completion.

Location: Bengaluru (open to discuss remote flexibility for the right candidate)
Compensation: No bar for the right candidate.
