We are recruiting Account Manager -Fixed Network for a Telecom Service provider company in UAE.
Job Title: Account Manager – Fixed Network

Job Purpose:
To manage and grow enterprise and government customer accounts by promoting and selling fixed network solutions, including fiber connectivity, broadband, leased lines, and managed network services. The Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction, retention, and achievement of sales and revenue targets in alignment with the company’s business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute account plans to achieve assigned sales and revenue targets in the fixed network segment.
Manage and expand relationships with enterprise and government clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
Promote the company’s portfolio of fixed network products and services including fiber optic connections, SD-WAN, MPLS, Internet Leased Lines, VPN, and Managed Wi-Fi solutions.
Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and prospect for new customers in assigned sectors.
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and technical-commercial offers in coordination with pre-sales and solution design teams.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements within company guidelines.
Monitor service delivery and coordinate with operations, billing, and support teams to ensure successful service implementation.
Track competitor activities and provide market intelligence to management for strategic planning.
Maintain accurate and updated information in CRM systems including leads, opportunities, forecasts, and customer feedback.
Represent the company professionally in customer meetings, industry events, and trade exhibitions.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or Information Technology
Experience: 8–10 years of proven experience in B2B telecom sales or account management within a fixed network operator environment in the UAE or GCC.
Industry Knowledge:
Strong understanding of fixed telecom services (fiber, broadband, MPLS, VPN, leased lines, etc.)
Familiarity with enterprise networking solutions and managed services.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed revenue targets and develop high-value customer relationships.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English required, Arabic preferred).
Analytical and strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
Proficient in CRM and MS Office tools.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
