Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our Digital Marketing Agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing marketing strategies, and ensuring the successful execution of digital marketing campaigns. This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills, as well as a deep understanding of various digital marketing channels.
Duties
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and understanding their business needs.
- Our marketing strategies include Website Design, Ad Management, SEO, SEM, AI Optimization, AI Chatbot and Voice AI Services, Social media marketing, email marketing, and content creation.
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Oversee the creation of engaging content across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with client goals and brand voice.
- Collaborate with graphic designers to create visually appealing marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Photoshop.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Advertising, focusing on conversion optimization.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure proper implementation of websites using WordPress,.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for clients in e-commerce and B2B marketing.
- Facilitate regular meetings with clients to review campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in account management or a similar role within a digital marketing agency.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing principles including SEO, SEM, social media management, and performance marketing.
- Proficiency in using various digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, and marketing automation software.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly to clients and team members.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making.
- Creative mindset with experience in graphic design or content creation is a plus.
