Account Manager – Graphic Design Team

Job Summary:

Crazy Pencilz Studio is looking for a dynamic and client-focused Account Manager to join our Graphic Design team. The Account Manager will be the key link between our creative team and clients, ensuring smooth communication, timely project delivery, and exceptional service. This role requires someone who understands design processes, manages client expectations, and helps drive creative excellence while maintaining long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients in the GD team.
• Understand client requirements, translate briefs into actionable tasks, and coordinate with designers to deliver creative solutions.
• Manage end-to-end project flow – from briefing, timelines, approvals, to final delivery.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients by ensuring satisfaction and addressing queries proactively.
• Collaborate closely with creative directors, designers, and production teams to meet client objectives.
• Track project status, prepare progress updates, and ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality.
• Handle feedback and revisions efficiently, balancing client needs with creative standards.
• Identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling creative services within existing accounts.
• Maintain accurate records of client communications, deliverables, and billing status.
• Ensure brand guidelines and quality standards are followed in all deliverables.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Design Management, or related field.
• 0–1 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or project management in a creative/advertising/design agency.
• Strong understanding of graphic design processes and creative workflows.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Problem-solving mindset with a client-first approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools, and familiarity with design/creative collaboration platforms (e.g., Trello, Asana, Slack, Figma).

Preferred:

• Experience working in a design or advertising agency.
• Passion for creativity, design, and branding.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
