Account Manager (IT Recruitment & Client Management, Doha)


Form of Employment: Contract (1-year)

Location: Doha, Qatar

This role requires you to be based in the Doha and does not provide relocation package.


Aubay UK – GCC

Aubay UK is expanding in the GCC area and we’re looking for a client-focused Account Manager with experience in IT recruitment, hiring support, or technical stakeholder management. This role is ideal for someone who understands how IT hiring works and now wants to move into a more client-facing, relationship-driven, and commercially minded position.


You’ll represent Aubay locally, build strong relationships with hiring managers, ensure seamless onboarding for consultants, and support the growth of our presence in the region.


Responsibilities:


  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for key clients in Qatar
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and hiring managers
  • Lead regular meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and new opportunities
  • Identify areas for account growth and expansion


  • Role Qualification & Delivery
  • Qualify new IT roles and run briefing calls with hiring managers
  • Work closely with the IT Talent Acquisition team to ensure delivery
  • Review CVs for relevance and quality, negotiate rates, and support interview coordination
  • Gather structured feedback and ensure smooth communication between clients and TA


  • Consultant Care & Onboarding
  • Welcome consultants onsite and ensure a smooth onboarding process
  • Oversee documentation, compliance checks, and visa/regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate start dates, access, and logistics with UK teams
  • Monitor consultant wellbeing and performance throughout the engagement


  • Data, Reporting & Compliance
  • Maintain accurate CRM/ATS records of roles, activities, and client updates
  • Track KPIs and support reporting using Excel and other tools
  • Ensure all processes meet Aubay UK and local compliance standards


  • Brand & Market Engagement
  • Represent Aubay at industry events and networking opportunities
  • Build awareness of our brand within the Qatar tech and business community



Required experience and Skills


  • Experience in Account Management, IT Recruitment, or supporting hiring for IT teams
  • Understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry fundamentals
  • Strong CRM/ATS skills and confidence managing structured data
  • Proficiency with Excel and reporting/analytics tools
  • Experience tracking KPIs related to account management, BD, or recruitment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and cultural awareness
  • Experience working with stakeholders in the Gulf is a plus
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
  • Professional, proactive, and relationship-driven approach with commercial awareness
