CHIEF ACCOUNTANT (F&B + Odoo Experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full accounting cycle: AP, AR, bank reconciliation, payroll checks, and month-end closing.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and ensure compliance with Qatar VAT.
• Monitor food cost, packaging cost, delivery cost, and wastage.
• Oversee inventory control for multiple ghost kitchen brands.
• Validate GRN, supplier invoices, and daily stock movement.
• Track delivery platform commissions (Talabat, Snoonu, Deliveroo, etc.).
• Reconcile car hops and delivery sales vs. POS and Odoo postings.
• Maintain Odoo modules (Accounting, Inventory, POS, Purchase) and ensure accurate data flow.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost-saving analysis.
• Implement internal controls and assist in external audits.
