ACCOUNT MANAGER (LOCAL CHAINS)

Sanipak has more than 1600 employees. We export our leading brands such as OK, Solo, Selpak, UniBaby and our most preferred brands in the cleaning papers, personal care, home care, baby care and out-of-home categories to more than 80 countries in 5 continents.




What do we expect from our new team member?



  • To manage end-to-end commercial processes of the major local chain customers under responsibility, acquire new customers, and achieve sales targets,
  • To maximize product availability on shelves in order to increase market share and distribution,
  • To manage all customer-based financial processes (reconciliation, collection follow-up, risk tracking, etc.),
  • To regularly monitor competitors, plan monthly consumer activities, and ensure effective execution,
  • To utilize trade funds effectively and efficiently in line with the annual commercial plan and financial targets,
  • To monitor customer-based stock management to ensure operational continuity,
  • To provide alternative commercial solutions to customers in order to contribute to business volume and profitability growth.




What kind of teammate are we looking for?



  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields,
  • Preferably minimum 3 years of experience in sales within major local chains,
  • Preferably proficient in English,
  • Strong analytical thinking skills, advanced negotiation abilities, and results-oriented mindset,
  • No travel restrictions and active driver,
  • Strong relationship management skills with well-developed planning and organizational abilities.
