Account Manager — Medical Sales Representative

About the Opportunity

We are a CAP-accredited, CLIA-certified reference laboratory looking for professionals who already have established relationships with private medical clinics. If you currently manage accounts, work closely with providers, or have trusted relationships in the healthcare space — whether in medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, medical devices, healthcare services, or any provider-facing role — this is an opportunity to add high-margin genetic and molecular testing and earn significant additional income.

Our panels do not replace or interfere with standard lab work your clinics may already be running. This is an add-on service that fills a gap most clinics aren't currently covering, meaning you're bringing additional value to providers you already work with.

Why This Works

You already have the relationships. You already walk into these clinics. We give you a new product line to offer that generates real revenue — for the clinic and for you. We handle all billing, logistics, lab work, and results delivery. You introduce the service and manage the relationship.

Commission is 15% of insurance reimbursement per test, with most panels reimbursing well into the thousands. Reps with active clinics running even a handful of tests per week are earning $150K–$300K annually, with some of our reps doing well beyond that. Happy to walk through the numbers in an interview.

What You'd Be Doing

• Introduce our genetic and molecular testing panels to providers you already have relationships with
• Onboard new accounts with full support from our operations team
• Maintain and grow the clinic relationship over time
• We take care of everything else — billing, logistics, specimen processing, and results delivery

Qualifications

• Existing relationships with private medical clinics or providers required
• No specific degree required
• Experience in medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, lab services, or healthcare account management preferred
