This is an opportunity to join the marketing team in Amazon MENA to launch a new and innovative business products and solutions to engage Media publishers, content creators and website owners. Amazon's marketing team is looking for a Account Manager to play an integral role in building, engaging and scaling affiliate partners across MENA.
Key job responsibilities

Account manage top 100 Affiliate partners responsible for Amazon's advertising in the MENA region

Plan and implement innovative affiliate marketing initiatives to drive customer acquisition and engagement

Onboard and educate partners on Amazon's affiliate program and set-up best practices to improve partner effectiveness

Establish communication channels to deliver a high standard of partner experience

Create, maintain and present channel performance reports and conduct deep-dives to continuously improve channel scale and efficiency

Act as the voice of Affiliate in understanding their needs and influence product roadmap to devise novel solutions that improve productivity and performance.
Basic Qualifications
-
Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams

Experience completing complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, or experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company

Bachelor's degree in marketing, economics, business or equivalent

Experience with Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) and data visualization tools such as Tableau

Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns
-
Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal
-
4+ years of marketing/ partnerships experience.

Interest in the technical aspects of digital marketing
Preferred Qualifications

7+ years of work in partner management within e-commerce or technology sectors experience

Experience in multi-territory campaign management

Master's degree in marketing, economics, business or equivalent

Knowledge of basic SQL queries
