Responsibilities:
The Account Manager supports the business to achieve international educational outcomes and commercial growth; across a broad spectrum from independent schools, large groups/MATs & managing project orders through from start to completion.

Responsibilities include understanding the educational and commercial objectives of schools & groups within the region, monitoring commercial targets, driving revenue growth through customer relationships, developing training programs, reporting on achievements, and managing a portfolio of schools and projects.

The expectation is that the Account Manager will lead in school relations, being in-market daily & ensuring that TTS is at the forefront of the mind of all key schools & groups. Relationship building is essential, as is the ability to close annual order business deals through strategic thinking & strong account management.
Experience:
Main Responsibilities

  • Reporting and Portfolio Management: Managing a portfolio of schools, building relationships that can make a difference & closing annual orders for the benefit of TTS.
  • Fast & Effective response time to all customers; on hand to support all needs and requirements.
  • Strategy Alignment: Understand and meet educational and commercial goals with portfolio of customers.
  • Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders across schools, ensuring TTS are the only supplier of choice for them.
  • Setting and Monitoring Commercial Targets: Establishing and tracking financial goals in line with educational partnerships.
  • Evaluating Impact of Strategies: Assessing the effectiveness of implemented strategies on education and commerce.
You will have proven experience of:
  • Successful account management and/or project management experience in the Education sector within the Middle East region
  • Experience in achieving financial targets and KPI's in an education-focused business environment.
  • Strategic planning and motivational skills.
  • Independent learning & working.
