Role Description

We are seeking dynamic, high-caliber Account Managers to accelerate our commercial growth in the UAE. Positioned in our Dubai headquarters, you will lead high-impact revenue generation, acquire top tier enterprise clients, and serve as a trusted advisor to C-level executives navigating complex security transformations.

This role demands a sophisticated, value-driven sales strategist with a proven track record in complex tech solution selling, a strong regional network, and an aggressive focus on market penetration and margin health.

Requirements

• 
  Net-New Market Penetration: Spearhead strategic prospecting and business development to acquire high value enterprise logos across targeted verticals in the UAE.
• Executive Stakeholder Engagement: Build and sustain multi-threaded relationships with Key Decision Makers-specifically C-Suite executives (CIOs, CISOs), IT Directors, and Procurement leadership.
• End-to-End Deal Execution: Direct the entire sales lifecycle, from qualification and discovery through strategy, solution alignment, commercial negotiation, and closing.
• Account Planning & Territory Strategy: Formulate and execute tailored 30-60-90 day account plans to expand footprint, elevate retention, and capture cross-sell/up-sell revenue within key accounts.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Orchestrate internal domain experts (Pre-Sales Architecture, Delivery, and Strategic Vendor Partners) to deliver complex, multi-technology solution proposals.
• Commercial Precision & Forecasting: Manage proposal development, value-based pricing, and commercial terms. Deliver accurate revenue forecasting and pipeline management via CRM.
• P&L and Margin Integrity: Consistently hit or exceed revenue targets while maintaining healthy gross margins through value-led negotiation rather than price discounting.
• Market Leadership: Monitor regional cyber threat landscapes, regulatory mandates, and market shifts to position solutions effectively against competitors.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

• UAE Market Experience: +3 to 5 years of specialized experience selling Enterprise Cybersecurity (SOC, IAM, Cloud Security, Endpoint, Managed Security Services) within the UAE region.
• Demonstrated Performance: Proven history of consistently exceeding sales quotas, managing pipeline velocity, and closing enterprise-scale transactions.
• Established CXO Network: Immediate accessibility to an active network of Enterprise IT and Security leadership across the UAE.

Communication & Presence: Exceptional executive-level communication, negotiation, and storytelling skills; ability to simplify complex technical topics into clear business outcomes.

• Operational Discipline: A high level of CRM hygiene, structural account planning, and self-directed drive to build and manage pipelines.
