Key Account Manager – Modern Trade


About the Role

Our client who operates within F&B are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Key Account Manager (Modern Trade) to strengthen and expand our partnerships with leading retailers across the UAE. This role demands strong relationship-building, commercial acumen, and hands-on experience with accounts such as Carrefour, Geant, Grandiose, Union Co-op, Sharjah Co-op, Choithrams, and other major modern trade retailers.


Salary - Up to 13k with benefits


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and sustain strong relationships with buying, category, and merchandising teams.
  • Lead annual business planning, trade negotiations, and promotional agreements with key retailers.
  • Drive sales growth, profitability, and market share within assigned accounts.
  • Ensure smooth execution of product listings, promotions, activations, and visibility plans.
  • Collaborate with trade marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to achieve joint business goals.
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts and coordinate supply chain requirements to meet demand.
  • Track account performance, evaluate ROI on trade activities, and share insights with management.
  • Monitor competitor activity, category trends, and shopper behavior to identify opportunities and risks.
