Position Summary:

We are seeking a Field Sales Manager with hands-on experience in selling construction finishing materials. This role is pivotal in expanding our B2B network by building long-term relationships with tile installers, applicators, contractors, consultants, and procurement managers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technical products and thrive in a field-based, results-oriented sales role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, target, and acquire new B2B clients in the finishing and construction material sector
• Promote and sell the company’s core products including tile adhesives, grouts, waterproofing membranes, levelling compounds, plaster, screed, and primers
• Conduct on-site meetings and technical presentations to contractors, engineers, architects, and procurement officers
• Provide product recommendations and solutions based on project specifications
• Collaborate with technical support to conduct application trials or mock-ups as needed
• Prepare and follow up on quotes, negotiate pricing, and close orders
• Maintain accurate client records, sales pipeline, and market intelligence
• Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and industry networking events
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

• 3–5 years minimum experience in field sales of construction or building finishing materials
• Existing network of clients in tile installation, waterproofing, or interior fit-out sectors
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction practices, procurement cycles, and project decision-makers
• Ability to read technical datasheets and confidently explain product specifications
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Highly motivated and self-driven with a professional attitude
• Valid UAE driving license
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage
