Account Manager - NSD

Ingredients Online, operated by Green Wave Ingredients, is a leading B2B e-commerce marketplace connecting buyers and sellers of raw ingredients across dietary supplements, food & beverage, animal nutrition, and personal care industries. We are revolutionizing ingredient sourcing through digital innovation, global reach, and supply chain transparency.

We are looking to add an experienced Account Manager who will be responsible for managing products GWI owns. In addition, our account managers are also able to source ingredients from suppliers and collaborate with purchasing to procure goods. An ideal candidate for this position should be energetic, proactive, able to multi-task, and comfortable taking the lead in group and one-on-one meetings with suppliers.

Scope of Work:

  • Be the main point of contact for assigned products
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of your products, which includes product sourcing and understanding market demand and prices for assigned products
  • Collaborate with purchasing department to procure products from suppliers
  • Communicate and explain the progress of products/services through establishing relationships and building strong rapport
  • Audit and review products on a monthly basis – prepare reports to share with Purchasing Manager
  • Audit and review products on a quarterly basis – prepare reports to share with suppliers.
  • Assist Purchasing Department in gathering and analyzing product data.
  • Take ownership and accountability over assigned products
  • Manage existing product catalog to ensure accurate presentation online
  • Investigate product discrepancies, collect information, and correct
  • Work with the Purchasing Department to maintain inventory levels
  • Work with suppliers/vendors to add more products to our catalog and assist with the process
  • Ensure that all factory and product certifications/documents are up to date
  • Facilitate communication with sales and customer service representatives regarding special requests or instructions on products and orders
  • Communicate effectively with other departments

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of E-Commerce/ Customer Service experience
  • Some experience in purchasing, sourcing, or product management
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical/problem-solving skills and ability to use data to make decisions
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate sound judgment
  • Good organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience using tools such as Microsoft Excel, Word, OneDrive, NetSuite or similar ERP and CRM software’s
  • Preferred experience in account management, customer service, marketing, or other related industries
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills required

Work Setup Requirements (WFH)

  • Fully operational workstation equipped with:
  • Working computer with camera
  • Noise-cancelling headset
  • Stable primary internet connection with backup
  • Power backup (UPS, generator, etc.)
  • Must be able to work night shift aligned with US Pacific Time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: E£35,245.37 - E£43,378.91 per month
