We are seeking a high-energy, bilingual Account Manager to join our growing real estate marketplace in Qatar. This is not a traditional real estate sales role; rather, you will be the bridge between our platform and our professional clients (Agencies and Developers).
The ideal candidate will manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring they maximize the value of our marketplace and CRM solutions. You will be responsible for onboarding, training, and long-term retention through a consultative, tech-forward approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for real estate agencies, fostering strong, long-term partnerships.
- Product Implementation: Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring their listings and data are integrated seamlessly.
- Training & Presentations: Conduct professional presentations and hands-on training sessions for clients to ensure they are proficient in using our CRM and platform features.
- Strategic Consultation: Use your knowledge of the Qatari real estate market and competing CRM/marketing platforms to provide expert advice on lead generation and digital presence.
- Retention & Upselling: Monitor account health, identify potential churn risks, and introduce new features or premium tiers to existing clients.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Language: Native or professional fluency in both English and Arabic is mandatory.
- Mobility: Must possess a valid Qatar Driver’s License and a personal vehicle for daily client visits.
- Presentation Skills: Proven experience in public speaking, delivering pitches, or conducting software training is essential.
- Technical Savvy: Strong understanding of CRM solutions (selling or managing) and digital marketing ecosystems.
- Experience: * Direct experience in the Qatar Real Estate market is a significant advantage.
- Prior experience in SaaS (Software as a Service) or PropTech sales is highly preferred.
- Competencies: Strong negotiation skills, a proactive "problem-solver" mindset, and the ability to handle a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
