Job Title: Account Manager - Rental Car Industry

Experience: 5-6 years (UAE)

Work location: Al-Quoz, Dubai

Job Responsbilities:

· Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, and other transactions

· Oversee the operations of the finance department, including the design of an organizational structure adequate for achieving the department's goals and objectives

· preparing and interpreting reports, accounts, commentaries and financial statements

· managing the company's financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems

· Oversee financial department employees, including financial assistants and accountants

· providing and interpreting financial information

· developing financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risk

· researching and reporting on factors influencing business performance

· Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities

· liaising with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out

· producing accurate financial reports to specific deadlines

· Manage the preparation of the company's budget

· Report to management on variances from the established budget, and the reasons for those variances

· Assist management in the formulation of its overall strategic direction

· arranging new sources of finance for a company's debt facilities

· Developing external relationships with appropriate contacts, e.g. auditors, solicitors, bankers and statutory organizations such as the land Revenue/Land Authority

· Oversee the extension of credit to customers

· Liaising with managerial staff and other colleagues.

· formulating strategic and long-term business plans

· Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislation and keeping abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation

· Track the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement

· Provide insightful information and expectations to senior executives to aid in long-term and short-term decision making

· Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports

· Present financial reports to board members, stakeholders, executives, and clients in formal meetings and Create additional analyses and reports as requested by management

· Stay up to date with technological advances and accounting software to be used for financial purposes

· developing and managing financial systems/models, and Establishing and maintaining documented system of financial policies and procedures for the company

· undertaking research into pricing, competitors and factors affecting performance

· controlling income, cash flow and expenditure

· Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs, and available funds for investment

· Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements

· Recommend appropriate dividend issuances, based on historical dividend patterns and expected cash flows

Job Requirements:

Experience:

5 year experience in UAE in similar role in similar industry.

Experience in Managerial level

Preferably experience in car rental industry

Educational Qualification:

Post-graduation in Finance & Accounting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
