Account Manager / Sales Manager – Exhibitions

We are currently looking for a dynamic, results-driven, and client-focused Account Manager / Sales Manager – Exhibitions to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and contributing to the continued success of our exhibitions, events, and fit-out divisions.

  • Drive sales growth and manage key client accounts within the exhibitions, events, and interior fit-out sector
  • Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Achieve revenue targets through strategic selling, client servicing, and project conversion
  • Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal execution teams

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and develop new business opportunities in exhibitions and event industry

2. Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and industry events

3. Manage end-to-end sales cycle from inquiry to project closure

4. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, agencies, and exhibitors

5. Understand client requirements and convert them into project briefs

6. Conduct meetings, presentations, and site visits with clients

7. Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers in coordination with estimation team

8. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and project terms to close deals successfully

9. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

10. Coordinate with design, production, and project teams for smooth project execution

11. Ensure client satisfaction throughout project lifecycle

12. Handle client feedback, changes, and additional requirements

13. Maintain accurate sales pipeline and reporting using CRM system

14. Track opportunities, follow-ups, and conversion status regularly

15. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies

Required Qualifications & Experience:

1. Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

2. 4–8 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development

3. Strong experience in exhibitions, events, interior fit-out, or related industry preferred

4. Proven track record of achieving sales targets
