Job Location:

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned logistics clients, maintaining strong and long-term relationships.

Understand clients’ supply chain requirements and provide tailored logistics solutions.

Manage end-to-end service delivery, including transportation, freight forwarding, warehousing, and distribution.

Monitor shipment performance, resolve service issues, and ensure on-time delivery.
-
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell value-added logistics services.
-
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, customer service, finance, and compliance) to meet client expectations.

Prepare account performance reports, KPIs, and conduct regular business reviews for clients.

Track market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to support client growth strategies.

Ensure accurate account documentation, pricing agreements, and CRM updates.

Handle client escalations professionally and work with relevant teams to provide timely resolutions.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in
Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management
, or a related field.

2–3 years of experience
in
Account Management
within the
Parcel Delivery, Shipping, or Logistics
sector.

Strong understanding of logistics operations, warehousing, and distribution processes.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
-
Analytical mindset with strong reporting and presentation abilities.

Proficiency in
Microsoft Office
and
CRM systems
.

Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
