Job Location: New Cairo, Egypt.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned logistics clients, maintaining strong and long-term relationships.
  • Understand clients’ supply chain requirements and provide tailored logistics solutions.
  • Manage end-to-end service delivery, including transportation, freight forwarding, warehousing, and distribution.
  • Monitor shipment performance, resolve service issues, and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell value-added logistics services.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, customer service, finance, and compliance) to meet client expectations.
  • Prepare account performance reports, KPIs, and conduct regular business reviews for clients.
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to support client growth strategies.
  • Ensure accurate account documentation, pricing agreements, and CRM updates.
  • Handle client escalations professionally and work with relevant teams to provide timely resolutions.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management , or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in Account Management within the Parcel Delivery, Shipping, or Logistics sector.
  • Strong understanding of logistics operations, warehousing, and distribution processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with strong reporting and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems .
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
