Job Description
We are looking for a client-focused Account Manager to manage software client accounts, ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams, and identify opportunities for business growth.
You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication while expanding accounts through upselling services such as custom software, SaaS platforms, AI-powered solutions, and web or mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with assigned client accounts and act as their primary contact
- Conduct client meetings, requirement discussions, and follow-ups
- Understand client business needs and translate them into clear requirements for the technical team
- Convert prospects into clients by understanding their business needs and pitching the most appropriate software or AI solutions
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional services such as AI software, AI-powered applications, SaaS solutions, and custom web or mobile apps
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure clear communication and smooth project execution
- Track project progress and provide updates to clients when required
- Maintain proper documentation of client communication, agreements, and project discussions
- Support deal closures and contract renewals with new and existing clients
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience in software sales, account management, or client success
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, SaaS products, and AI-driven solutions
- Excellent English communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and build long-term relationships
- Bachelor’s degree or proven qualification in Business, IT, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field
Preferred
- Experience selling custom software, SaaS platforms, AI-powered software, or digital solutions
- Experience working with international clients
- Understanding of Agile or modern software development environments
