We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager with a proven track record in B2B international sales and freelance platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer etc.). The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of tech services, excellent communication skills, and the ability to generate, nurture, and convert leads independently. This role demands maturity, ownership, and a strategic mindset.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Identify, engage, and convert new B2B leads, focusing on international markets and freelance platforms.</li><li>Must have experience in generating business through Freelancing Platforms or social media for Mobile app development, Web Application Development services</li><li>Collaborate with the internal sales team to drive front sales strategy and maximize client lifetime value.</li><li>Understand and communicate technical concepts related to SaaS, CRM platforms, web &amp; mobile design, and development services.</li><li>Build long-term, trust-based relationships with clients, serving as their go-to representative for all future needs and upselling opportunities.</li><li>Collaborate closely with internal departments (Project Management) to ensure timely project delivery and client satisfaction.</li><li>Create impactful sales proposals, presentations, and pitch decks to drive conversions.</li><li>Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>3&ndash;4 years of experience in international B2B sales, particularly on platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, Clutch, PeoplePerHour.</li><li>Strong technical knowledge of Web &amp; Mobile Development, CRM tools, and SaaS products.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in handling client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.</li><li>Familiar with sales funnels, lead generation, and client onboarding processes.</li><li>Ability to take ownership, meet goals, and manage the full sales cycle independently.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and a self-motivated attitude.</li><li>Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and explore new business opportunities.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary + commission/incentives.</li><li>A dynamic and collaborative tech environment.</li><li>Opportunity to work with international clients on diverse and high-impact projects.</li><li>Career growth and leadership potential for high-performing individuals.</li><li>Professional development and learning opportunities.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
