What You’ll Do:

• Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
• Conduct policy reviews and recommend tailored insurance solutions
• Resolve customer concerns with care and professionalism
• Use your communication skills to engage both new and existing clients, explaining and selling insurance products confidently

What We’re Looking For:

• A positive, people-oriented attitude with strong communication skills
• Sales or account management experience is a plus—but not required; we will train the right candidate!
• A willingness to learn and engage in meaningful sales conversations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
