ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2019 and is a close-knit team of two who work hard and genuinely enjoy working together. We’ve built a tight office culture where teamwork comes first, and we make it a priority to create a positive, supportive environment.
Outside of the office, I spend a lot of time coaching sports and staying active in the community. We’re currently working on partnering with Soles4Souls to provide shoes for kids in need and participate in multiple golf tournaments each year to support local fundraisers. Giving back is important to us, and we’re always looking for ways to make an impact.
In the office, we keep things collaborative and fun. We cook meals together for lunch, have a ping pong table for a quick break, and believe you can work hard while still enjoying your day. We offer PTO, health benefits, licensing reimbursement, and a strong focus on work-life balance.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jason Jackson - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
