ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Sales Account Manager for the Kevin Lowry State Farm Agency, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful, needs based sales and insurance advising. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing and matching customer needs to State Farm solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Run a sales desk to produce quota driven growth.
  • Use discovery conversations and your knowledge of State Farm options to address the needs of new and existing prospects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in insurance sales, inside sales or account management required.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals and company objectives.
  • Energy and stamina to push for success.
  • Willingness to engage in a large volume of sales-oriented interaction on a daily basis.
  • Licensed or in the process of becoming licensed.
