ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2019 and is a close-knit team of three focused on building strong relationships with both our customers and each other. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked with New York Life in financial planning and spent two years as a team member in a State Farm office, gaining valuable experience before opening my own agency.

I attended Bowling Green and have been part of the local community for over 11 years. Outside of work, I enjoy golfing and spending time with dogs. We stay involved in the community through charity golf events, including hosting “Putts for Paws” each year in support of Completing the Mission.

For our team, we offer 15 days of PTO, 9 paid holidays, and reimbursement for licensing costs.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Daniel Connor - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
