ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Daniel Lottinger - State Farm Agentis hiring a limited number of full-time, in-office Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member Insurance Sales positions for Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life.

This is a base + commission role, so you’ll have the support of base pay while building earning potential through performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Call inbound leads fast and convert opportunities into appointments and policies.
  • Make outbound calls and complete daily outreach activity to build pipeline (with clear goals and coaching).
  • Manage customer accounts by keeping information accurate and up to date in the CRM/database.
  • Help customers with policy changes, billing/questions support, and general inquiries with confidence and clarity.
  • Partner with underwriters to keep applications moving and help support timely policy issuance.
  • Document everything: calls, outcomes, quotes, follow-ups, and next steps—so nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Provide a top-tier customer experience every time you answer the phone.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills.
  • Competitive spirit + positive attitude—you want to win and you don’t give up.
  • Strong organization and attention to detail (accuracy matters in insurance).
  • Basic computer skills and comfort using a CRM/database.
  • Insurance experience is a plus—or you’re currently P&C and/or Life licensed.
  • Sales and/or call center experience is a plus.
  • Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.
LICENSE REQUIREMENT
This is a licensed Insurance Sales position.
You must have or be able to obtain both:
  • Property & Casualty (P&C) License
  • Life License
