Our agency has been serving customers since 2012 in Vinita and expanded to Broken Arrow in 2022. Today we’re proud to be recognized as one of the top agencies in the country. Our team currently includes 12 full-time team members, and as we continue to grow, we’re looking to add four more.
We work hard, but we also have a lot of fun together. Our team enjoys regular team-building events like pickleball, paint parties, holiday potlucks, and Halloween celebrations. We love finding reasons to celebrate and build strong relationships within the team.
We’re also very active in our communities, participating in local events such as the Wine Walk and Rooster Days in Broken Arrow, Route 66 Fest, car shows, and the world’s largest Calf Fry in Vinita.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Austin Brown - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
