Account Manager – Telecom Operator

ZTE Türkiye has been operating in Türkiye for over 20 years.

We are looking for a dynamic Account Manager to work closely with one of our key telecom operator in Istanbul, to drive customer success and business growth.

What you’ll do:

• Manage and develop strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring business objectives are met.
• Collaborate with pre-sales and post-sales teams to deliver seamless service and solutions.
• Provide accurate information to customers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Support bidding and strategy processes for assigned accounts.
• Identify opportunities to generate new business and strengthen customer loyalty.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, or related Engineering fields is preferred.
• 3-10 years of experience managing key accounts in the telecom sector; experience with telecom operators or suppliers (e.g., Huawei, Nokia, Ericsson) is highly valued.
• Technical knowledge in Access Network is a plus.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently in dynamic environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple accounts.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal).
