Working Days and Timings: Monday to Friday 10:00AM to 7:00PM Saturdays Half Day: 10:00AM to 3:30PM

We are a Mumbai-based CA firm specializing in tax consulting field which includes direct tax, transfer pricing, indirect tax, and business transaction advisory(M&A)

Required Skillsets / Knowledge:

Direct Tax Compliance Litigation & Assessment Support Advisory Services Support Transfer Pricing

Key Responsibilities:

Direct Tax Compliance:

1. Income Tax Returns (ITRs) for Corporates, Firms and Individuals.

2. TDS Workings, filing and review of Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) returns.

3. Resolution of TDS demands / rectifications on the TRACES portal.

4. Preparation and filing of Form 15CA/15CBs.

5. Preparation and filing of Tax Audit Reports (Form 3CD) and related annexures.

6. Preparation and filing of Statement of Financial Transactions (SFT).

7. Preparation and application filing for Lower Deduction Certificates (LDCs) – Form 13

Litigation & Assessment Support

1. Assisting in drafting and filing submissions to notices (e.g., 142(1), 148, 143(2), etc.).

2. Attending assessment hearings and coordinating with the tax authorities.

3. Support in legal research / case laws

4. Preparation and filing of CIT appeals, written submissions

5. Preparation and filing of objections and written submissions before the DRP

6. Preparation and filing of appeals and paper book before the ITAT

Advisory Services support

1. Assistance in advising clients on direct tax matters, including interpretation of tax provisions.

2. Cross-border taxation and Double Taxation Avoidance Agreement (DTAA) advisory.

3. Withholding tax advisory on international remittances and treaty benefits.

Transfer Pricing

1. Preparation of TP study report and related compliances

2. Assistance in preparation of submissions during the litigation proceedings
