Job Overview

As an Account Manager / Upsell Specialist, you will be responsible for managing existing client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and driving revenue through upselling and cross-selling our services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue
• Understand client needs and align solutions accordingly
• Conduct regular follow-ups and performance reviews with clients
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
• Prepare reports on account performance and revenue growth

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in Account Management / Upselling / Sales
• Experience in IT / Software industry preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets
• Ability to build long-term client relationships
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
