Account Manager(SaaS/Technology)Background

Nasoft is hiring for specialized E-commerce and Digital Marketing company serving the Gulf markets.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned client accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Understand client objectives and ensure the company’s solutions align with their goals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Customer Success, Technical) to deliver a seamless experience.
  • Monitor account performance, usage, and engagement.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
  • Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Prepare regular reports on account status and performance.
  • Ensure contract renewals and client retention.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer-facing roles (preferably SaaS or
  • technology).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Experience with CRM tools and account management processes.
  • Familiarity with SaaS products or digital solutions is a plus.
  • Familiar with chatting and receiving calls
  • Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
  • Excellent Handling, Problem Solving, Account Management Skills.
  • Very good in English writing & speaking.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Organizational skills.
  • An analytical mind.
