Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned client accounts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Understand client objectives and ensure the company’s solutions align with their goals.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Customer Success, Technical) to deliver a seamless experience.
- Monitor account performance, usage, and engagement.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Prepare regular reports on account status and performance.
- Ensure contract renewals and client retention.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer-facing roles (preferably SaaS or
- technology).
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Experience with CRM tools and account management processes.
- Familiarity with SaaS products or digital solutions is a plus.
- Familiar with chatting and receiving calls
- Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
- Excellent Handling, Problem Solving, Account Management Skills.
- Very good in English writing & speaking.
- Great attention to detail.
- Organizational skills.
- An analytical mind.
