Job Summary

The Avenair is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Officer to manage daily accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and support the Finance Department in ensuring strong internal controls and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain daily financial transactions and prepare vouchers.
  • Record and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and reports.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow management.
  • Handle bank reconciliation and maintain proper documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
  • Support the Finance Manager in day-to-day tasks.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, B.Com, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in accounting roles (Fresh candidates with strong skills may also apply).
  • Strong command of MS Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks preferred).
  • Understanding of basic accounting principles.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
