Job Summary:

Baarik Travel & Tours is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Officer who has strong understanding of accounting principles, financial record management, and basic taxation procedures. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in accounting software, financial reporting, ledger management, and vendor coordination.

The candidate must be capable of handling daily accounting operations professionally while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company financial procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Financial Operations

• Maintain daily financial records and accounting entries.
• Prepare and manage:
• Cash Book
• Ledgers
• Vouchers
• Expense Records
• Payment Records
• Reconcile accounts and tally ledgers accurately.
• Assist in monthly closing and financial reporting.

Software & Data Management

• Handle accounting operations on:
• QuickBooks
• Zoho Books
• MS Excel
• Prepare financial data sheets, reports, and summaries.
• Maintain accurate accounting databases and records.

Taxation & Audit Support

• Assist in tax-related documentation and record maintenance.
• Support audit activities and provide required financial documents.
• Ensure proper filing and documentation compliance.

Vendor & Internal Coordination

• Communicate with vendors regarding payments and account statements.
• Coordinate with internal departments for expense verification and approvals.
• Maintain professional communication with clients and suppliers.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in:
• Accounting
• Finance
• B.Com
• M.Com
• BBA Finance
• Equivalent Qualification

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
