Account Officer Female

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Officer to manage and oversee key financial tasks, including bookkeeping, reconciliation, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in accounting principles, hands-on experience with accounting software, and the ability to manage financial operations with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update general ledger and chart of accounts.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Process vendor payments, staff reimbursements, and petty cash.
• Record and verify invoices, receipts, journal entries, and other financial transactions.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
• Monitor accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely collections and payments.
• Assist in budgeting, cash flow management, and financial analysis.
• Ensure all accounting activities comply with company policies and financial regulations.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors as needed.
• Generate and present financial reports to management as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Tally, Oracle).
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
• Good understanding of financial regulations, tax laws, and audit procedures.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
