About the role
As the Account Operations Manager, you will be the voice of eko to our brand and retail partners. You will manage post-sale relationships and ensure smooth, accurate execution at every step. Reporting to the Head of Account Operations, you will own daily client communication, partner with internal and external logistics teams, and make sure deliverables meet both quality standards and timelines.
This role blends client operations, studio coordination, and logistics partnership management. You will help connect our creative production workflows with third-party logistics teams to ensure that products move efficiently through receiving, capture, quality review, and delivery.
What you will do:
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned retail and brand clients, guiding them through onboarding, execution, and ongoing delivery
- Partner with internal and third-party logistics teams to ensure products are received, processed, and shipped accurately and on schedule
- Oversee the movement of inventory through receiving, staging, capture, quality review, and outbound fulfillment
- Maintain daily visibility into logistics activity including service levels, timelines, and issue resolution
- Coordinate across Studio, Warehouse, Post-Production, and Technical Operations to ensure deliverables stay on track and meet client expectations
- Support integration between eko systems and logistics platforms to maintain data accuracy and reliable reporting
- Educate clients on eko's systems and workflows, ensuring smooth onboarding and long-term adoption
- Track and document client progress, inventory status, and delivery performance in internal tools
- Identify and resolve operational blockers quickly while communicating updates proactively to clients and internal partners
- Participate in client meetings, reporting, and feedback sessions to strengthen relationships and ensure satisfaction
- Contribute to the creation of scalable playbooks, standard operating procedures, and client communication templates
- Support ongoing improvement efforts to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and client experience
Our ideal candidate will have:
- 3-5 years of experience in operations, account management, or client services within logistics, retail, or e-commerce
- Experience collaborating with third-party logistics providers or external fulfillment partners
- Strong understanding of logistics workflows such as receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Excellent communication skills with a client-focused and solution-oriented approach
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders while maintaining attention to detail
- Comfort using warehouse, order management, or tracking systems to monitor progress
- Strong organizational instincts, follow-through, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in e-commerce content production, studio operations, or digital asset workflows is a plus
- Must be on-site five days per week in Northwest Arkansas
