Responsibilities:
- Process and manage all accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and timely.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports related to accounts payable and receivable.
- Assist in month-end closing activities and audits as required.
- Communicate with vendors and customers to address inquiries and resolve issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Utilize accounting software to maintain accurate financial records.
- Support the finance team with additional tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in accounts payable and receivable roles.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with vendors and team members.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Associate degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
