You’ll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day financial operations, accounts receivables(collections) & reconciliation. It involves working closely with the CEO, executive team, and investors to develop and execute financial strategies that drive growth and profitability.

This role is about protecting a treasury that’s growing quickly :). As we traverse the journey from $1M to $10M in ARR over the next couple of years, we want to ensure strong financial discipline from the early days.
As an L0 Accounts Receivable Executive, you’ll be at the frontline of collections. This is a calling-heavy, voice-based role where your primary responsibility is to ensure timely collections by proactively reaching out to clients and resolving billing concerns.

What you’ll do
Make high-volume outbound calls to clients to follow up on outstanding invoices and secure payments.Resolve basic billing queries and payment-related concerns over calls.Maintain a structured follow-up cadence for overdue accounts.Coordinate with internal teams to clarify invoice details when required.Update payment records and maintain accurate documentation of client interactions.Ensure a professional and positive customer experience while driving collections.
What makes you a good fit
0–2 years of experience in accounts receivable / collections / voice-based process.Prior experience working with Indian clients in a calling-heavy role is strongly preferred.Strong verbal communication skills and confidence in handling outbound calls.Comfortable with targets, daily call volumes, and structured follow-ups.Detail-oriented when updating records and tracking outstanding
balances.Open to working in a fast-paced startup environment.
