Job Title: Accounts Receivable Supervisor (Medical Billing)
Work Hours: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM

Job Summary:
The Accounts Receivable Supervisor leads the AR team, ensuring timely payment collections, accurate billing, and compliance with healthcare regulations. This role ensures claims are processed correctly and disputes are efficiently resolved.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support AR team to meet targets.
• Oversee accurate and timely claims submission.
• Verify insurance info before claim submission.
• Manage collections and address overdue accounts.
• Resolve billing and insurance disputes.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma required; Associate's degree preferred.
• Experience: 3-5 years in medical billing/AR, with 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and billing software proficiency (e.g., Epic, Cerner).
