The Customer Service position is responsible for:
- Managing inbound customer calls
- Processing policy service requests
- Scheduling coverage reviews
- Protecting Sales and Account Managers from interruption
- Maintaining accurate documentation
- Escalating complex issues appropriately
This role is the operational backbone of the office.
- Not a commission-driven sales position
- Not a remote position
- Not a stepping stone to immediate promotion
- Not flexible start-time
- This role requires daily in-office presence and reliability.
- Monday–Friday
- 8:45 AM – 5:15 PM start commitment
- In-office position (no remote)
Punctuality and attendance are critical to this position.
- Base salary: $38,000 – $42,000 (based on experience and stability history)
- Quarterly performance bonus based on:
- Attendance
- Documentation accuracy
- Escalation discipline
- Professional conduct
- Paid time off
- 401(k) match after one year

Active Nevada Property & Casualty License Required (or ability to obtain within 30 days if currently licensed in another state).
Prior insurance or office experience preferred but not required.

- Confidently handling inbound calls
- Escalating only when appropriate
- Protecting review blocks for Account Managers
- Maintaining clean documentation
- Demonstrating steady professionalism
- Consistent punctuality
