ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2001 and currently lead a team of five. Before becoming an agent, I spent six years working as a Claims Representative, which gave me valuable insight into helping customers through important moments in their lives.

I graduated Cum Laude from Towson University in 1994 with a Bachelor of Science degree. I’m a lifelong Maryland resident and proud mother of two daughters. Service and commitment are values that strongly influence both my personal and professional life. I’m passionate about giving back to the community and support organizations such as Toys for Tots and local food banks.

As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jennifer Smigal - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
