Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager / Sales Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fintech software sales, with a specific focus on channel banking and payment-related solutions. The role requires exceptional client relationship management skills and a proven track record of achieving sales targets within the UAE and Middle East region.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth in fintech software solutions, specifically in channel banking and payments.

Identify and engage with potential clients, including banks, financial institutions, and fintech startups.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the banking and government sectors.

Present and demonstrate fintech software solutions to clients, addressing their business needs.

Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.

Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, and technical) to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.

Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Negotiate contracts and pricing to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.

Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and performance insights to senior management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field.

5+ years of local (UAE/ME) experience in software sales, with a focus on channel banking and payment-related solutions.

Strong connections in banks and government sectors in the UAE and Middle East.

Strong knowledge of financial technology solutions, such as digital banking, payment gateways, core banking, or AI-driven financial products.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Proactive, target-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships.

Experience with CRM tools and sales automation software is a plus.

Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.

A valid driver's license (DL) is required.
