Account Specialist

Founded in 1992, ZOOMLION Heavy Industry Science & Technology Co., Ltd. is mainly engaged in developing and manufacturing major high-tech equipment in the areas of engineering industry and agricultural industry.

ZOOMLION is seeking for a detail-oriented Accounts Specialist - Banking in L/C with expertise in banking and trade finance. These role will focus on managing Letters of Credit (L/C), ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, and coordinating with banks and internal teams. Responsibilities centered on documentation, transaction processing, and stakeholder coordination.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

➤ Record issued and received cheques in accounting software.

➤ Track post-dated cheques (PDCs) and ensure timely deposits.

➤ Reconcile cheque payments with bank statements.

➤ Coordinate with banks for clearance, dishonor, or replacement.

➤ Perform daily bank reconciliation.

➤ Maintain accurate records of bank charges, interest, and LC commissions.

➤ Support auditors with banking and trade finance records.

➤ Review L/C applications and liaise with banks for issuance/amendment.

➤ Ensure compliance with trade terms (INCOTERMS, shipment documents).

➤ Handle import/export documentation (bill of lading, packing list, invoice, etc.).

REQUIREMENTS:

✔️ Education : Bachelors degree in Accountancy or related field

✔️ ERP / Accounting software: SAP S4 Hana

✔️ Excel skills: Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, inventory tracking templates.

✔️ Knowledge of UAE VAT rules (especially input VAT on purchases and import declarations).

✔️ Attention to detail and accuracy in matching POs, Incor-term,GRNs, and invoices.

✔️ Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Commerce, or Finance.

✔️ 2–5 years of experience in accounts payable, purchasing, or inventory management.
