Position Overview The Account Supervisor will serve as the bridge between clients and internal teams, overseeing day-to-day client relationships while ensuring flawless execution of marketing strategies. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who is also a strong communicator and project manager, capable of juggling multiple client accounts simultaneously. You’ll work closely with the Marketing Director to translate client objectives into actionable campaigns, manage delivery timelines, and proactively identify opportunities for client growth.

Key Responsibilities

Client Strategy & Communication

  • Partner with the Marketing Director to develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies tailored to client objectives.
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned client accounts, building strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services to support client growth.
  • Lead regular client meetings, present campaign performance, and provide strategic recommendations.

Project & Campaign Management

  • Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Coordinate with creative, paid media, social, SEO, email, and web development teams to ensure flawless execution across all channels.
  • Anticipate challenges, flag risks early, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Ensure all client deliverables align with brand standards, KPIs, and agency quality benchmarks.

Leadership & Team Collaboration

  • Support junior account staff, providing mentorship and guidance on client management best practices.
  • Act as a resource for team members to resolve issues, prioritize workload, and streamline workflows.
  • Collaborate closely with department leads to ensure smooth communication between strategy, creative, and execution teams.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Translate campaign data into actionable insights, highlighting wins and areas of improvement for both clients and internal leadership.
  • Develop clear, client-facing performance reports and ensure KPIs are being met or exceeded.
  • Work with analytics and media teams to recommend optimizations across campaigns.

Qualifications

  • 6–8 years of experience in account management, client services, or marketing strategy within an advertising or marketing agency.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple high-volume accounts simultaneously.
  • Strong background in marketing strategy across channels such as social media, email, SEO, paid media, and creative campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
  • Strong project management skills, with proficiency in tools such as Basecamp, Asana, or similar.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate performance data into insights and strategy.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-client environment and remain detail-oriented under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
