An Account Supervisor is a pivotal role within an organization, acting as the bridge between the clients and the internal teams. The professional manages client accounts, develops strategies to ensure satisfaction and account growth, oversees account executives, and collaborates closely with various departments to deliver successful projects that meet client expectations. This role requires strategic thinking, leadership, and exceptional interpersonal skills, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining strong client relationships and providing insightful feedback.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain long term, positive relationships with key client accounts.
  • Lead and manage account teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
  • Assist in the development of strategic account plans to drive client growth.
  • Oversee the day to day operations and activities of the account's team.
  • Advise clients on strategic initiatives and provide innovative solutions to meet their goals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Regularly evaluate account processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Facilitate regular meetings with clients to review progress and build relationships.
  • Identify potential risks to client accounts and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and create strategies to remedy dissatisfaction or issues.
  • Provide training and mentorship for account executives and junior team members.
  • Analyze client account data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as an Account Supervisor or in a similar client facing role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for client interactions.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strategic plans and solutions for clients.
  • Proficiency in account management software and CRM tools.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data trends and provide actionable insights.
