ACCOUNTANT

Sharjah, United Arab Emirates

Daily accounting tasks:

  • Perform precise data entry and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Reconcile financial records
  • Reconcile intercompany balances
  • Filing of Accounts related documents
  • manage office correspondence, including email and phone calls.

Receivables:

  • Oversee the daily accounts receivables process.
  • Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely payment.
  • Process and record customer payments, credits, and adjustments.
  • Reconcile accounts receivable discrepancies and resolve customer inquiries.
  • Prepare and send invoices, statements, and payment reminders to customers.
  • Perform month-end closing tasks, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to resolve customer disputes and issues.

Ensure timely and accurate filing of UAE VAT returns

  • Prepare and submit VAT returns in compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of VAT regulations and changes.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must be willing to relocate to Sharjah.
  • Experience in Zoho or similar software.
  • Minimum 5 years accounting experience in the construction field.
  • Fluent in spoken English and Hindi, enabling clear and effective communications
  • Proficiency in using Office and accounting software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of the Team.

ACCOMODATION , VISA & TRANSPORTATION WILL BE PROVIDED .

Pay: AED4,000.00 per month

  • UAE Driving license (Required)
