Accountant

About Us:

We are a growing developer company specializing in innovative construction and real estate projects across the UAE. We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team and manage the financial operations with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and statements.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable efficiently.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and cost control.
• Monitor project expenses, vendor payments, and client invoicing.
• Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards, VAT, and other financial regulations.
• Coordinate with external auditors and management on financial reviews.
• Support management with financial data analysis for decision-making.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience (preferably in construction/developer/real estate industry).
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and UAE VAT regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
